REMOVAL

1. Remove seventeen self-locking nuts (5, figure 4-20), flat washers (4), bolts (2), and flat washers (3)

securing fender (1) to trailer frame. Discard self-locking nuts.

2. Remove fender (1).

INSTALLATION

1. Position fender (1) on trailer.

2. Install one bolt (2) on front step (6) and one bolt (2) on rear step (7), leaving new self-locking nuts

loose.

3. Install fifteen bolts (2), flat washers (3 and 4), and new self-locking nuts (5). Tighten all self-locking

nuts.
