Crank engine with fuel shutoff switch engaged and watch
readout display.

CAUTION
Before opening fuel line, ensure area
around fuel line is clean.

CHECK FUEL SUPPLY:

Verify that there is fuel in the tank.
If fuel filter has been changed or fuel tank has been run
dry, bleed air out of fuel system as necessary
(TM 9-2320-386-10).
Drain any water from fuel/water separator. Continue to
drain until fuel appears.
Check for kinked, flattened, or broken fuel lines from tank
to filter and engine. If equipped with quick disconnect
fittings, check for blockage in fittings.
Check fuel shutoff solenoid and circuitry. Refer to Electrical
Troubleshooting (WP 0011 00).
Check vent for ice in lines during freezing weather.
Proceed to step 3.
