INSTALL CURRENT PROBE:
Install current probe around output wire

Turn off vehicle electrical power.
Dial 90 into TEST SELECT switches.
PROMPTING
Press and hold TEST until CAL message

Wait for offset value to appear on display.
Is offset value within limits of 225 to +225?
YES
NO
Proceed to TM 9-4910-571-12&P
for offset fault isolation.
Proceed to step 3.
