ing procedures given in Part 1, para 13.
CAUTION
Do not use solvent on brake band and lining. Band
and lining will be damaged.

Inspection and Repair.
FRAME 1
Check that bearing balls (1) have no scores, rough spots or other damage. If
1.
bearing balls are damaged, get new ones in their place.
2.
Put a coat of oil on each bearing (2) and turn slowly by hand. Bearing must
turn smoothly and freely without binding.  If bearings are worn or damaged,
get new ones in their place.
