Hard top closure kit, NSN 2540-00-570-1443

One

CONDITION: Truck parked, engine off, handbrake set.

EQUIPMENT

Preliminary Procedures. Remove cab top paulin. Refer to BOW and Tarp Kits

Installation and Removal, TM 9-2320-209-10.

Installation.

FRAME 1

Take out two buttons (1).

Find and mark center of top of windshield frame (2) .

Mark points (3 and 4) 21 7/8 inches from center of windshield frame (2).

Drill 7/16-inch hole at points ( 3 and 4).

NOTE

No other work on truck is necessary. Installation can be

finished by following replacement procedure for cab hard

top . Refer to para 21-6.
