3/8-inch drive ratchet set
Flat-tip screwdriver
Pump-to-manifold hose
SUPPLIES:
Pump-to-manifold hose upper gasket
Pump-to-manifold hose lower gasket
Diesel fuel
PERSONNEL:
One
Truck parked, engine off, handbrake set.
EUQIPMENT
CONDITION:
WARNING
Smoking, sparks or open flame are not allowed
within 50 feet of fuel truck during this task.
Fuel may burn, causing explosion, injury to
personnel, and damage to equipment.

Removal.
FRAME 1
Open fuel truck rear compartment doors.

Using 3/4-inch wrenches, unscrew and take off four nuts (1) and four

screws (2).

Lift up lower pipe (3) and take off and throw away gasket (4).
