Replacement.
FRAME

1.
Hold steering wheel (1) in the drive straight ahead position.
Put
steering
wheel on shaft that comes out of steering column (2).
2.
Using
mallet, tap steering wheel down enough so nut
(3)
can
be
screwed
on.
Using
1 1/4-inch wrench, screw on and tighten nut.
