7/8-inch wrench

EQUIPMENT
CONDITION:
Truck parked, engine off and cold, handbrake set.
a.
Preliminary Procedures.
(1) Open hood. Refer to TM 9-2320-209-10.
(2) Disconnect battery ground cable. Refer to para 7-58.
b.
Removal.

FRAME 1
Using 7/8-inch wrench, unscrew and take off electrical cable connector (1)

from ignition unit (2).
Using pliers, unscrew and take off electrical cable connector (3) from
2.
ignition unit (2).
Using l/2-inch wrench , unscrew and take out two screws with washers ( 4).
3.
Slide off two clamps (5) from ignition unit (2).
4.
Take out ignition unit (2).
5.
