NOTE
Some trucks may not have heater fuel line. If not,
pipe plug replaces elbow.
Using 3/8-inch wrench, screw in and tighten heater line coupling nut (1) to
1.
elbow (2).
Using 3/4-inch wrench, screw in and tighten feed line coupling nut (3) into

tee fitting (4).
Using 7/16-inch wrench, screw in and tighten vent line elbow (5) in place as

shown.
Using 3/8-inch wrench, screw in and tighten vent line coupling nut (6) into

elbow (5).
5.
Plug electrical connector (7) into receptacle (8).
NOTE
Follow-on Maintenance Action Required:
Reconnect battery ground cable. Refer to para 7-58.

Bleed low pressure fuel system. Refer to para 4-10.

Test in-tank fuel pump operation. Refer to
