12. Feed other end of strap (3) through ratchet (2).
CAUTION
Ensure that strap is wrapped around ratchet at least three complete wraps
after tightening. Failure to comply may result in damage to equipment.
13. Tighten strap (3) around flat tire (27) with ratchet (2).
CAUTION
Ratchet must be in the closed position before cab is lowered. Failure to
comply may result in damage to equipment.
14. Place ratchet handle (38) in down position.
