RADIATOR HOSES REPLACEMENT (Contd)
REMOVAL
1.
Loosen and remove two clamps (7) and hose (8) from radiator (6) and water pump (9).
2.
Loosen two clamps (5) and remove elbows (1) and (4), clamps (5), and tube (3) from water
regulator (10) and radiator (6).
3.
Loosen two clamps (2) and remove elbows (1) and (4) and clamps (2) from tube (3).
INSTALLATION
1.
Install elbows (1) and (4) on tube (3) with two clamps (2).
2.
Install elbow (1) on water regulator (10) with clamp (5).
3.
Install elbow (4) on radiator (6) with clamp (5).
4.
Install hose (8) on radiator (6) and water pump (9) with two clamps (7).
5.
Fill cooling system (WP 0068 00).
