Take out two cotter pins (1) and two clevis pins (2). Throw away cotter

pins.
2.
Take rod ends (3) off lever assemblies (4).
NOTE
Plate (7) is welded to handle assembly (8) and should
not be taken off unless it is damaged. Refer to para
17-51d for inspection procedures.
3.
Take off two screws (5), nuts (6), and plates (7),

Lift off two operating handles (8).
