Put cover (1) in place as shown.
2.
Using 15/16-inch wrench, screw on and tighten capscrew (2), flat washer (3),
lockwasher (4), and bushing (5).
3.
Using 15/16-inch wrench, screw on and tighten lockwasher (6) and nut (7).
