Slide gasket (1) halfway onto discharge pipe (2).

Put on two halves of clamp (3) and hold them in place.
Put in two screws (4).

Using 7/8-inch socket wrench, extension, and ratchet, screw on

and tighten two nuts (5).
Do steps 1 through 4 again for other discharge pipe (2).
