FRAME 2
1.
Put gear shift lever (1) over stub shaft (2).
2.
Put bolt (3) through split flange holes at bottom of gear shift lever (1).
3.
Using 5/8-inch and 11/16-inch wrenches, screw on locknut and flat washer (4).
4.
Slide rubber boot (5) down over end of gear shift lever (1).
