CAUTION
Fittings
are
made
of
soft
brass.
They
can
be
stripped
very
easily
if
tightened
too
much.
Tighten
fittings
just
enough
to
stop
fuel
from
leaking.
NOTE
Elbow
and
adapter
on
the

used
for
this
typical
procedure.
FRAME 1

Using
7/8-inch
open
end
wrench, screw
in
and
tighten
adapter
(1).
2.
Using
7/8-inch
open
end
wrench,
hold
adapter
(1).
Using
7/16-inch
open
end
wrench,
screw
in
and
tighten
elbow
(2).
3.
Using
7/16-inch
open
end
wrench,
hold
elbow
(2).
using
3/8-inch
combination
box
and
open
end
wrench,
screw
in
and
tighten
tube
nut
(3).
4.
Close
master
cylinder
hatch
(4).
Using
screwdriver,
tighten
screw
on
hatch.
