1.
Lift filter element (1) out of filter housing (2) and throwaway filter element.
2.
Press down on cup (3) and, using long nose pliers, take cotter pin (4) out of post (5).
Throw away cotter pin.
3.
Take off cup (3), gasket (6), washer (7), and spring (8). Throw away gasket.
