Dial 24 into TEST SELECT.
Press and hold TEST until CAL message

Is the offset value within 45 psi (310 kPa)?

Proceed to TM 9-4910-571-12&P
for offset fault isolation.
CHECK FUEL SUPPLY PRESSURE DURING CRANK

(UPSTREAM OF FUEL FILTER):
Turn vehicle accessory switch ON.
Dial 24 into TEST SELECT and press TEST.
Crank the engine and watch the readout display.
The number on the display should be above 7 psi
(48 kPa).
Is the fuel pressure above the limit specified?
YES
NO
Replace fuel filter (WP 0054 00).
Repeat step 7.
Check for restricted air
intake. If still no start,
notify DS maintenance.
NOTE
After completing repair, rerun GO-Chain tests to
verify that the problem is fixed and that no other
problems exist.
Reverse the procedure in step 5 so that elbow fitting is mounted on rear side of fuel filter
and tee fitting is mounted on front side of filter.
