CHECK ENGINE TIGHTNESS:
Rotate engine by hand and
check for tightness.

Troubleshooting Index (WP 0007 00) to

diagnose engine.
Replace starter motor (WP 0088 00).
NOTE
After completing repair, rerun GO Chain
tests (WP 0017 00) to verify that problem
is fixed and no other problems exist.
