Replace fuel filters (WP 0063 00 and WP 0064 00).
Check vehicle throttle linkage for full travel and
proper adjustment. Repair if necessary (WP 0070 00).

If reading is still low, refer to Mechanical Systems
After completing repair, rerun GO Chain
Troubleshooting Index (WP 0007 00) to diagnose fuel
tests (WP 0017 00) to verify that problem
