Heat thermostat (1) to 75F.
2.
Using ohmmeter, check continuity through thermostat (1). Put one ohmmeter
lead on terminal (2) and the other ohmmeter lead on terminal (3).

If circuit is closed, get new thermostat (1) and go to frame 6. If circuit is
open, do step 4.
CAUTION
Do not put thermostat (1) in any type of liquid to cool it.
Thermostat may be damaged.
4.
Cool thermostat (1) to 20F.
Do step 2 again.

If circuit is open, get new thermostat (1).
