Take off padlock (1).
1.
2.
Take off nut (2) and washer (3).
3.
Take out bolt (4).
4.
Spread and take off clamp ring (5).
5.
Lift off manhole cover (6).
Do steps l through 5 again for other manhole cover (6).
6.
GO TO FRAME 6
