7-12. VAN 24-VOLT WIRING HARNESS REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT.

TOOLS : No special tools required

SUPPLIES: None

PERSONNEL: One

EQUIPMENT CONDITION : Truck parked, engine off, handbrake set.

a. Preliminary Procedure. Disconnect battery negative (-) lead. Refer to

TM 9-2320-209-20.

b. Removal.

NOTE

Tag both sides of connector before taking

apart so it can be put back the same way.

Give every connection a different name.

FRAME 1

Unscrew and unplug harness connector (1) from van body receptacle (2).

Unplug harness lead (3) from circuit breaker (4).

Unplug harness lead (5) from fuel pump (6).

Take out all clamps holding wiring harness to van body. Refer to para 7-5.

Take harness out of truck.
