Open door (1) to first catch. Working inside cab and using pliers,
take out and throw away cotter pin (2).
Soldier A 2.
Hold door (1).
Soldier B 3.
Using hammer and punch, drive out two hinge pins (3).
Soldiers 4.
Take off door (1).
