Slide shell back on horn wire (3) as

Pull plug (1) out of connector shell (2).
shown.
Take off slotted washer (4) and slide shell (2) off horn wire (3).

Take rubber bushing (5) out of steering gear box (6). Slide rubber bushing
3.
off horn wire (3).
NOTE
Safety wire must be long enough to reach the other
end of steering column, plus two feet.
Fasten a length of light safety wire (7) to end of horn wire (3).
